Engaged and responsive
Helen has worked closely with me in my two volunteer roles with Great Lakes Womens Shelter and Forster Neighbourhood Centre and she is great to work with. What I am most delighted with is how engaged she is in our issues and her responsiveness. Curly questions: “no problem”. Difficult requests: “let’s just find a way”. She is also very willing to assist me to build my own skills and become more self-reliant.
